Antonio Pearson
Founder
Antonio Pearson, born on August 26, 1996, is the founder of The Struggle For Unity (T.S.F.U.) Foundation. He established the organization during his incarceration after facing injustice in the Georgia Department of Corrections. He is also an author, entrepreneur, and mentor, dedicated to helping other young men avoid the same paths he and his peers took ,rise above adversity and find purpose.
A Glance Into Antonio's Childhood
Antonio’s life was shaped by early tragedy. At just three years old, his father was killed, leaving his mother to raise him alone. Growing up without a male role model, Antonio often felt out of place and misunderstood—a “black sheep” searching for belonging. This sense of disconnect led him to the streets, where he sought acceptance but found only pain and hardship. Despite these challenges, these experiences became the foundation for his transformation.
The Birth of T.S.F.U.
In 2018, during his time in the Georgia Department of Corrections, Antonio began reflecting on his past and the lessons he had learned from them. It was during this period that he came up with the abbreviation for The Struggle For Unity (T.S.F.U.).
In 2022, with the support of his family, his community, and financial advisors, Antonio officially registered T.S.F.U. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the state of Georgia. The foundation was established to provide mentorship, support, and community resources for young men who face similar struggles to those Antonio experienced during his youth.
T.S.F.U. Goal
T.S.F.U. aims to help young men avoid the pitfalls of street life and navigate personal growth with guidance and empowerment. The organization offers a safe space for sharing struggles, learning from each other, and working toward positive change. Antonio has become a trusted leader in his community, known for his commitment to Trust, Loyalty, and Family, and his belief that
“We all we got, we all we need.”

Alongside his role as a mentor and community leader, Antonio is also an entrepreneur. He owns 2K4 Kennels, a small but growing business that reflects his dedication to responsibility and excellence. Antonio is a father to two young children and is dedicated to building strong, loving relationships with them while striving to be a positive role model. Antonio’s journey from adversity to leadership is a testament to resilience, transformation, and the power of community. Through T.S.F.U. and his personal endeavors, Antonio is determined to turn his struggles into wisdom and create opportunities for others to thrive.
